*** Egg free *** French toast
120ml/half a cup of chickpea aquafaba
60ml/quarter cup of dairy free milk
Pinch of salt
1 Tsp of sugar
6 slices of vegan bread
- Whisk well and soak the bread in the mixture for at least 10/15 minutes.
- Fry on medium heat, turning regularly until brown.

Any substitutions for aquafaba? My son is allergic to peanuts, eggs, dairy, lentils, chick peas and green peas. Daycare is peanut and tree nut free. Thanks!

You can use milled flaxseed. Add 1 tablespoon of milled flaxseed to 50ml of lukewarm water, beat with fork and set a side for 10 minutes. Add 2 tablespoon of any alternative milk and milk well.
